Our Services

At Attuned Coaching, we help neurodivergent people feel informed, empowered, and validated. We celebrate neurodivergent identity and reject the outdated medical model of disability and mental health.

About Attuned Coaching

I'm Mel, the founder of Attuned Coaching. I created this space for those who don’t fit the mould—because I never did either. As a neurodivergent trauma survivor, I know firsthand how traditional therapy isn’t for everyone. In fact, it can sometimes feel more activating than healing.

For decades, I’ve explored alternative approaches to healing, transforming my lived experience into a passion: to support others in finding healing that truly works for them.

At Attuned Coaching, I develop trauma-informed resources, advocacy tools, and self-guided supports designed to foster a felt sense of safety, validation, and empowerment. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and my goal is to provide resources that help you navigate your own unique path.

For many trauma survivors, the longing to be truly heard runs deep—especially for those carrying the weight of unspoken trauma. At Attuned Coaching, your story matters. Your experiences are real. Here, you are heard, validated, and supported—exactly as you are.

We live, work & gather on Waddawurrung Country

We recognise that this land was never ceded and acknowledge the ongoing trauma and intergenerational harm caused by colonisation, the theft of land, and the disruption of cultures, languages, and communities.

We reflect on the strength of the Waddawurrung People and all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the face of this injustice. We are committed to learning, listening, and taking action in solidarity with First Nations peoples, working toward truth, justice, and healing.
